My best friend recently received an Apple PowerMac G5 (which has a Dual G5 2.0 GHz, 1GB DDR 400 RAM, an ATI Radeon 9600 Pro, and PCI-X slots) and for certain reasons, he wasn't able to take it home himself, so he had me pick it up for him.
It took me an unnecessary amount of time to get the specs, but the main concerning thing was that the CPU bay fans were running at full speed, and I later found out it was missing a temperature sensor. Luckily, Linux spins the fans down to sane speeds.
Besides that it took me almost four complete days to set it up an FTP on it and write the instructions, there's not really much else to say about it. Well, maybe that it's heavier than it looks. (LOL)
